He was predeceased by: his father Clinton Howell, Sr.; his brother Clinton Howell, Jr.; and his nephew Dakota Ray Parsley. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Jude Kirk; his stepfather Elmer Kirk; his siblings, Kenneth Howell (Rhonda) of Inez, KY, Sonny Howell of Inez, KY, Lisa Parsley (Lloyd) of Pilgrim, KY and Deleana Richmond (Johnny) of Paintsville, KY; and his stepbrothers, John Kirk (Regina) of Inez, KY., Paul Kirk (Andrea) of Inez, KY., Elmer Kirk, Jr. (Lisa) of Inez, KY. and Everette Kirk (Wanda) of Inez, KY..
