She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma June Vance (May); her grandparents, Hubert, Margarette May, Joe and Emma Vance; and her parents-in-law, Sam and Dorothy Spaulding.
She is survived by: her father Joe Vance Jr.; her husband Donald Spaulding; her sons, Sammy Lee Spaulding (Rhayna) of Kermit, WV and Donald Isaac Spaulding (Kelly) of Kermit, WV; her grandchildren, Karlie, Kennedy, Kambree, Gunner, Kazley, Grady and Kashlyn; her sister-in-law Leona Sue Charles (Brett) of Kermit, WV; her siblings, Margaret Blanton (Wally) of Inez, KY, Joe Vance (Danielle) of Bedford, VA and Steven Vance (Rayna) of Kermit, WV; and her friend Bank. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
