She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Fields Sr. and Ora Parsley Fields. She is survived by: her children, Amy Dawn Zeek (J. J. Evans), BJ Zeek and Heather Carroll (Jeffery) of Louisa, KY.; her grandchildren, Trinity Evans of New Martinsville, WV, Kaden Barlow of New Martinsville, WV, Benjamin Barlow of New Martinsville, WV, Gavin Barlow of New Martinsville, WV, Abigail Zeek of Grayson, KY, Jordyn Carroll and Hayden Carroll of Louisa, KY.; and her siblings, George L. Fields of Kermit, WV, Michael Fields (Ruth) of Kermit, WV, Jessie Fields Jr. Fields (William Hodge), Avanell Hodge of Kermit, WV, Ethel Fields (Snookie) of Kermit, WV, Loretta Fitch of Kermit, WV and Helen Evans (Keith) of Lenore, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
