She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Harper and Marjorie Harper; and her brothers, Claude Harper and Darcy Harper. She is survived by: her husband Kermit Withrow; her daughters, Lynda Ahmad of Charleston and Carrie Eisenman (Stacy) of Dawson; her granddaughter Amber Quigley (Joe Taylor) of Procious; and her siblings, Marcelline Burdette of St. Albans, Nellie Betz of Ripley, Marilyn Hall (Raymond) of Charleston and Earl Harper of Charleston.
