He is survived by: his children, Margaret Ann Blanton (Wally) of Owingsville, Joe Vance of Roanoke and Steven Vance (Rayna) of Kermit; his son-in-law Don Spaulding of Kermit; his stepchildren, Lisa Wooddell (Jay) and Paul McKelvy (Hannah); his brothers, Tony and Earl Vance; his caregiver Geneva McKinney; and his close friends, Jimmy and Roger Williams.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Neely Branch Church.
