She is survived by: her husband Donald Messer; her daughters, Susie Messer (Ray Jr.), Virginia Muncy (Ron Blizerd), Deborah Salmons (Lincoln Bragg) and Renee Fannin; her sisters, Alice Spaulding, Sarah Spaulding, Bell Messer and Carol Howard; and her grandchildren, Sam Salmons (Jessica), Crit Muncy, Heather Brewer (William Jo), Veronica Fannin and Grady Fannin (Sydney). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
