He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Lovins and Maxine Lovins; his son Clarence Lemarr "Skeeter" Lovins; his wife Betty Lovins; his children, Mark Lovins (Gail) of Kermit, WV and Angela Ward (Steve) of Crum, WV; his grandchildren, Delena Maynard (Brandon), Anthony Lemarr Lovins and Steven Lemarr Ward; his great grandchildren, Brantley and Daxton Maynard; his siblings, Micheal Lovins (Brenda) of Oceana, WV, Jack, Judy Long (Pat) of Bardstown and Linda Howell (Donald) of Inez; his pet Spot; and his niece Donalle Whitt (Freddie). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
