He is survived by: his mother Minnie Johnson Castle of Tutor Key, KY; his significant other Kayla Danielle Block of Kermit, WV; his children, Peyton Block of Chapmanville, WV and Kayla Block of Las Vegas, NV.; his brother Sammy Block of South Carolina; his cousins, Scott Zanders, Bryan Johnson, Jason Johnson, Tim Crum, Eric Evans, Scotty Johnson and Shane Kilgore; and his friends, Steven Maynard, Eric and Odell Sartin.
