He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Howard Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Maggie Waller Morgan of Kermit, WV; his son Kameron Hinkle; his granddaughter Kambri Hinkle; his sister Julie Sturgell (Jason) of Kermit, WV; his niece Sara Sturgell; his nephew Blake Sturgell; and his aunt Judy Jackson (Sherrill) of Kermit, WV. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
