He is survived by: his siblings, Benny, Chris, Birdie, Herbert, George (Wash), Delphia, Vicie and Barbara; his wife Odessa Colins Fields; his sons, Howard Collins, Justin Lee Fields, Clancy Eugene Fields, Charlie Ray Spencer and Andy Fields; and his brothers, Lester Fields (Aileen), Albert Fields (Atheline) and Tommy Copley.
