She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Newsome and Lucy Rose Newsome; her husband Phillip Hunt; her son Roger Hunt; and her siblings, Ella Mae Grace, Eula Mae Grace, Danny Newsome, Eugene Newsome, Claude Dillon and Elaine Newsome.
She is survived by: her son Steven Hunt (Dawn) of Kermit, WV; her daughter-in-law Angie Hunt of Lenore, WV; her grandchildren, Lauren Jude (Josh) of Beauty, KY and Ashton Hunt of Stepptown, WV; her great grandchildren, Rayson and Roger Jude of Beauty, KY.; her brother Garland Jr. Newsome (Imogene) of Naugatuck, WV; and her sisters-in-law, Vondene Hunt of Pilgrim, KY., Vicky Spence of Pilgrim, KY. and Rita Kay Hunt of Pilgrim, KY..
