He was predeceased by: his parents, Branem Coberly and Margie Raines Coberly; his siblings, Marvin, Paul, John, Jeff Coberly, Mary Goode and Susie Swager; and his granddaughter Bailey Coberly.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Tingler; his siblings, Dave Coberly (Diane) of Montrose, Charlotte Kisner of Goldsboro, NC, Judy Paugh of Elkins and Sandy Harman (Jack) of Elkins; his grandchildren, Molly Coberly, Margie Coberly, Hailey Coberly, Michael Coberly, Jr., Allen Ramsey and Brian Ramsey; and his sister-in-law Ruby Tingler Massey (Robert) of Cape Coral, FL.
Masks and social distancing will be required for everyone attending the services.
