He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Joyce Wallin Duty. He is survived by: his wife Linda Haynie Duty; his son William Christopher Duty; his siblings, David, Mark Duty and Sue Midkiff; and his close friend Tiny Hatten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
