He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. Turner and Mary Ada Hundley Turner; and his wife Wanda Ann Smith Turner. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Turner-Adkins and Angela Turner-Frazier; his son-in-law Timothy Frazier; his grandchildren, Justin Blair, Hayden Frazier and Kaitlin Adkins; and his great grandchild Sophie Robertson.
