He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Kazee and Sarah Jane Kazee; and his sister Beulah Kazee. He is survived by: his wife Eva; his siblings, Linda Keith (Ronnie), Monica McComas (Don) and Warren Kazee; his sons, Adam Kazee (Carrie) and Gary Kazee (Amanda); his grandchildren, Cory Porter-Pitts, Tori Meade (Jeremy), Andrea Bockway (Chase), Autumn Kraemer, Blake Marshall, Keirstin Porter, Logan O'Dell, Maddie Kazee, Dustin Marshall, Cheyenne Kazee, Jonathan Kazee, Otto Kazee and Ellee Kazee; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Bockway, Olivia Bockway, Colton Kraemer, James Bockway, Wyatt Kraemer and Joseph Bockway; and his close friend Di Taylor. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren, and most of all his best friend and the love of his life for 45 years.
