He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Manns and Flora Manns; his wife Merle Jean Sloan Manns; his mother-in-law Madeline Sloan; and his siblings, John, Harrison, Sadie, Audrie, Lonzo, Alice, Dewy, Davey, Iris, Paul and Bob.
He is survived by: his daughters, BethAnn (Tony) of Huntington and Brittany (Nathan) of Kenova; his grandchildren, Brooke (Troy), Lliam, Harrison and Goldie; his brothers, Ron, Oscar and Donnie; and his brother-in-law Dennis Sloan (Nancy).

Tom laid a foundation that will continue to stand strong for future generations in his family.
