He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ross and Helen Keeton Ross; his siblings, Howard Lee Ross and Lisha Banks; and his nephew Billy Ross, Jr. (Ronnie).
He is survived by: his fiancée Pearl Christian of Kenova, WV; and his siblings, Billy Ross of Hazel Green, KY, Raine Gambill (David) of Hazard, KY, Cassie Haney (Keith), Bobby Ross of Hazard, KY, William Ross (Betty) of Hazel Green, KY and Heather Kelly (Charles) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
