He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Wellman and Louise Wellman; his son Jamie Wellman; and his brother Beecher Wellman. He is survived by: his children, Jason (Mary Ann), Amber Carlson (Tim) of Georgia, Allen Wellman (Kathy) and Michele Wellman; his daughter-in-law Stephanie of Fort Worth, TX.; his grandsons, Isaiah, Elijah and Payne Wellman; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Joey, Jamison Wellman, Jill Pike (Wellman), Kyle, Chad Bellomy and Missy Smith.
