He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Williams and Adele Sigfried Williams; his significant other Annis Lee Perry Williams; and his siblings, Baby Williams, Paul Williams, Jr., Earl Willliams, Raymond Williams, Jean and Francis.

He is survived by: his children, Christi Baker and Perry Williams (Marsha); his grandchildren, Donny Baker, Shelbi Baker and Maria Williams; and his sister Marion Yocom. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
