He is survived by: his wife Janet Pharis Baisi; his daughters, Kimberly Legg (John) and Nicole Boone (Scott Caines); his grandchildren, JD, Riley Boone and Chase Boone; and his siblings, Johnny Baisi, Bobby Baisi and Sandra Hutzell.
