She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Caldwell and Clara Adkins Caldwell; her husband Johnny Lee Workman; and her brothers, Boyd, Paul B. and John H. Caldwell.
She is survived by: her daughter LeAnn Snyder (Zeke); her grandsons, Justin Workman and Scott Murray; and her siblings-in-law, Kenny Workman (Donna), Becky Christian and Cindy Workman.
