She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Kathleen Smith Ward; her husband Robert Chapman; her brothers, Bill, James and Richard "Dick" Ward; her siblings-in-law, Basil Adkins and Helen Ward; and her nephews, Jimmy Dan Ward and Robert "Bobby" Adkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Adkins Keyser (Tim) and Carla Adkins Ball (David); her grandchildren, Summer Simmons (Eric), Channing Keyser (Marisa), Samantha Kwiatkowski and Morgan Keyser; her great grandchildren, Gavin Kwiatkowski, Chloe Keyser, Bentley Keyser, Casey Chapman, Cheyenne, Karleigh and Riley Simmons; her sister Lois Adkins (Ward); her sister-in-law Betty Lou Ward; and her cousin Don Bias.
