He is survived by: his former wife Marietta Guth Brumbaugh; his wife Etta; his children, Macy, Jon Lowell Brumbaugh (Anna) and Mark Leroy Brumbaugh (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Rachel Lopez (John), Erica Gissel, Monica Gissel, Matthew Levi Brumbaugh (Zoe), Diana Brumbaugh and Carl Fox (Jasmine); his great grandchildren, Cameron Perdue, Zoey Jane Marie Gissel, Branson Bricker, Breyleigh Walters, Bret Bricker, Henry Lopez, Liam McCallister, Kane Lopez and Thorben; his stepgrandsons, Alex Madison and Andy; and his stepgreat-grandson Cory.
The family suggests memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Sacred Heart Catholic Church or St. Ann's Circle.
