She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Haynie and Doris Chandler Haynie; and her husband William "Russ" Duty. She is survived by: her son Christopher Duty; her brother Mike Haynie (Jean); her siblings-in-law, Sue Midkiff and Mark Duty (Lori); and her adoptive son Brian Whittaker. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
