He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Skeens Mullens; his sons, Scott Alan Mullens (Carrie) and William Aaron Mullens; his parents, Dr. Henry Scott and Lillian Mullens; and his brother Robert Mullens. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
