He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sullivan (Pete) and Carolyn Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Carole Sullivan (Davis); his siblings, Bob Sullivan of Hurricane, WV and Suzanne Woods (Doug) of Ceredo; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
