She is survived by: her husband Randal O'Neal of Kenova; her children, Derrick O'Neal of Beckley, Nikki Nelson of Logan and Patrick (Rhonda) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Kristi Summers (Donnie), Derrick O'Neal, Kathern "Katie" Robinson (Patrick), Megan Nelson, Teddy "TJ" Nelson and Kyle O'Neal; her great grandchildren, Mariah Collins, Talan Blankenship, Maximillian O'Neal, Koston Summers, Alexander O'Neal, Shana V. O'Neal, Cheyenne Robinson, Waylon Robinson and Sterling O'Neal; and her sister Patti Cook of Tennessee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
