He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harding and Erma Lee Smith Lowe; and his wife Jane Lee Lowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Marnie L. Graley (David) and Jamie M. Lowe (Theresa); his brother Pete; his sister-in-law Cindy Lowe; his nephew Kenneth Bannon; his granddaughter Destanee Carter; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
