James Michael Hibbard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Michael Hibbard (Kenova, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Renae Hibbard; and his parents, Leroy Hibbard and Dorothy Hibbard. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Hibbard-Fraley (Phil); his wife Debby Hibbard; his grandchildren, Morgan Middleton (Alex), Ryen, Reese Fraley and Ethan Fraley; his great grandchildren, Elijah, River and Shiloh Middleton; and his siblings, Charles Hibbard, Jennifer, Teresa and Sherry.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kenova United Methodist Church (503 15th St, Kenova, WV 25530). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
