He was predeceased by: his parent John Caldwell; his wife Judy Kathryn Woods Caldwell; his grandson David Scott Lowe; and his siblings, Ronald Caldwell, Billy Caldwell, Johnny Caldwell, Donald Caldwell and Betty Caldwell.
He is survived by: his parent Marie Fortner Caldwell; his children, Rhonda Castle (Dwayne) and Brian Caldwell (Jane Ann); his grandchildren, Derek Castle (Danielle), Mackenzie Kelly (Seth), Logan Caldwell and Jace Caldwell; his great grandchild Luke David Castle; and his sister Virginia Combs of Kenova.
