It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Golden Stanford Christian of Kenova, West Virginia, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on June 15, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Stanford and Edna Mae Jack Christian; and his sisters, Francis Mae Wilson, Charlene Williams and Joann Billups.
He is survived by: his spouse Bertie Staley Christian; his children, Golden "Stan" Christian III and Tina Oliver; his grandchildren, Terry Christian, Brianna and Aryana Oliver; his sister Gracie Ward; and his cousin Aaron Christian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many many friends.
