She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Deborah Lynn Bradshaw Rakes; her great grandchild Miranda Nicole Armstrong; and her siblings, Willard Coates, Jr. and Maudie Chadwick. She is survived by: her children, Clifton T. Pack, Barbara R. Bradshaw and Phyllis A. Ball; her grandchildren, Robbie Bradshaw, Teresa Bradshaw Armstrong, Kim Davis, Lee Ball, Shane Pack, Michelle Bloss, Tanika Torres and Josh Ball; and her siblings, James E. Coates, Stanley G. Coates, Regina F. Ball, Thomas Dyer and Willis Mills. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
