She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Donald Langley; her parents, Fredrick William Nesser and Theresa Amelia Schmidt Nesser; her siblings, Emmett David Nesser, John Orr Nesser, William Frederick "Bill" Nesser, Ida Louise Nesser Chapman and Dorothy Nesser Francies; her nephews, Gary Lee Langley and Charles Mack Langley; and her niece Nora Elaine Langley Murray.
She is survived by: her sister JoAnn Nesser Budd; her children, Emmett Alan Langley (Brenda) and Phyllis Jean Langley Mosby; her grandchildren, Barry Mosby, Bruce Mosby (Mia), Beverly Jean Langley (Larry), Kimm Langley Stauffer (Gary), Sam Langley (Kristy), Stephanie Langley Frasure, Sean Langley (Corina), Sarah Langley and Brian Murray; her stepgrandchildren, Seth Halvaksz (Jennifer) and Melanie Halvaksz Clark (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Mosby, Daniel Mosby, Chad Langley, Aric Langley, Maggie Frasure, Brady Frasure, Abby Frasure, Cacie Langley, Carter Langley, Caleb Langley and Isaiah Langley. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins.
