He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lucas Parsons; his daughters, Tammy Rena Parsons Cook and Jennifer Michelle Parsons; his grandchildren, Shaina Rene Cook and Shane Tyler Cook; and his nephew Kevin Kitts. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, family and neighbors.
