He was predeceased by: his parent Maudie Nottingham Holley; his siblings, Hobert, Harold, Cecil, John Holley, Zena Johnson, Esther Jenkins, Rita Kessell and Patsy Miller; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Beatrice J. Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Adkins Holley; his daughter Pamela Holley; his sister Gloria Holley; and his siblings-in-law, Sumi Holley, Judy Adkins and Larry Adkins (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
