Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Richard Fuller of Kenova, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 81, on June 30, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Von and Opal Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Barret Fuller (Prewitt); his children, Richard Fuller (Melodie) and Mary Beth Manning (James); his grandchildren, Caswell Fuller, Luke Fuller, Mason Manning, Clara Manning and Miranda Manning; and his sister Betty Von Ledford (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Mt. Sterling or Gateway Christian Church, Mt. Sterling.

“I just found outa out Dick’s passing and it breaks my heart. I came to know him and Barret thru my restaurant days in Mt Sterling. I loved serving them and becoming friends with them and their family over the years. Dick always enjoyed talking politics with me and we shared many laughs over our differences in opinions. I loved the relationship he and Barret had. I always loved seeing them be the first on the dance floor. I’m so thankful y’all were a part of my life. Rest easy now, Dick.”
