He is survived by: his mother Inez Virginia Hutchinson Mayo; his wife Judy Mayo; his daughters, Courtney Cleveland (Matt) and Amanda Damron (Wes); his grandchildren, Allison, Tyson and Shannon Cleveland; and his sister Tana Hensley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and a host of special friends.
