It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Chadwick Jr. (Kenova, West Virginia), who passed away on February 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Chadwick Sr. and Tressie Ray Chadwick; his wife Rosalie Chadwick; and his son Gary Dale Chadwick. He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette (Mike Billups); his brother Keith Chadwick (Freda) of Texas; his grandchildren, Aaron Billups (Sochill) and Allison Kazee (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Blaine, Harrison and Brooks; his cousin Brenda Damron; and his caregivers, Becky, Shirley, Jennifer, Hannah and Carl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
