He is survived by: his wife Janet Arbogast (Walker Summers); his son Jeffrey Hart Arbogast (Patricia) of Washington State; his stepson Timothy Summers (Debby) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Tara Arbogast Sutherland (Will) of Washington State and Garrett Hart Arbogast of Utah; and his great grandchild Keegan William Sutherland.
