He is survived by: his children, Becky Shaffer (Dale McMillian), Melissa Butcher and James Butcher (Jennifer); his sister Zelma Phillips (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Cody Shaffer, Jason Shamblin Jr., Pete Jones, Allison Jones, Jacob Jones, Shayla Butcher and Levi Butcher.
