It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Raines of Kenna, West Virginia, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Raines and Bertha Bradley Raines; and his brothers, George Emmitt Raines and Hezekiah Edgar "Eddie" Raines. He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Raines of Coalburg and Christine Toppings (James) of Lincoln County; his nieces and nephews, Kenny Raines (Kim) of Kenna, Joe Johnson of Kenna, Brandon Smith (Stephanie) of Cami, IL, John "Buttons" Smith, Rebecca Blevins (Donnie) of Henlawson, Priscilla Nelson (Kevin) of Charleston, Audrey Pack (Richard) of Cabin Creek, Rachel Marcum (Chad) of Logan, Christy Smith (Jason) of Beckley and Jo Ann Davis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Whitney, Austin Barker and Angel Nelson.
