With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Paul Phillips of Kenna, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Phillips; and his son Stacy Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Jason Phillips and Amanda Harper; his sister Deborah "Sis" Reed; his grandsons, Jordan Phillips and Layton Phillips; his nieces, Kathy Reed and Janice Cottrell (Stewart); his great-nephews, Christopher Cottrell and Thomas Casto; his great-niece Adriana Pauley; his close friend Freddy Milam (Libby); and also, Kylah Cottrell, Ely Casto, Brentley Pauley, Asher Middleton and Emma Casto.
