He is survived by: his wife Linda; his grandchildren, Emily Cunningham (Jacob), Katie Darnold (Noah), Laura Tabata (Ethan), Kolton Chase, Michael Burdette, Jaelyn Garnes, Holli Brown, Cayenne Burdette and Rosalee Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Hallie Cunningham, Kolter and Scottie Jo Darnold; and his brother Ray Chase.
