He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Crowder and Margaret Harkins Crowder; and his wife Joyce Crowder. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Sue Ann Upton (Matthew Upton) of Charleston and Dr. Eric Crowder (Teri) of Ceredo; his grandchildren, Benjamin Upton, Emily Upton, Wesley Crowder and Baylee Crowder; and his close friend Jo Chenoweth.
