It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmel Latice Baldwin of Kenna, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joe Eugene Elliott Sr.; and her brothers, Billy Joe Elliott, Joe Eugene Elliott Jr. and John Little. She is survived by: her mother Mary Francis Little; her husband George Baldwin of Kenna; her sons, Thomas Ray and Steven Elliott; and her close friends, Joyce Baldwin and Madeline Winters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
