He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Whitlow of Kellysville, WV; his children, Andrea Scott (Frank) of Shelbyville, KY and Micah Whitlow (Mikaela) of Scott Depot, WV; his siblings, Delbert Whitlow of Kellysville, WV, Gloria Weatherly (Buster) of Kellysville, WV and Cynthia Whittaker (Jimmy) of Adairs Run, WV; his grandchildren, Makenna Sparkman (Travis), Derek Scott, Bowen Huddleston and Caraline Huddleston; and his parents, William Whitlow and Arnetia Whitlow. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family requests any memorial contributions to the Lifeline Church - Senior Sunday School Class Missions Fund.
