He is survived by: his wife Joan Peyton Mills; his daughters, Sarah Ann Meadows (Gregory) of Gaithersburg, MD and Kathy Jane Mills of Kegley; his grandsons, Russell Meadows of Gaithersburg, MD and David Meadows of Mt. Airy, MD; and his great grandchildren, Kailey, Aaron, Audrey and Tyler Meadows.
