He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Heitzman; and his grandson Shelby Dale Blythe. He is survived by: his parent Opal Partlow Heitzman; his wife Donna Heitzman; his daughters, Florence Blythe (Shelby) of Sweetwater, TN, Joann Heitzman and Sharon Heitzman; and his stepchildren, Kellie Culver of Tampa, FL and Robert Culver (Andrea) of Huber Heights, OH. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and one on the way; and three great-great grandchildren.
