He is survived by: his children, Patricia Rose Kinser of Princeton, Billy Gates of Greenville, SC, Tina Rose Jenkins (Rick) of Kegley, Cindy Rose Lewis (Chris) of Princeton and Jerry Rose, Jr. (Nicole) of Kegley; his grandchildren, Ashley Lewis, Dylan Jenkins, Travis Lewis, Cody Jenkins, Santana Anderson, Harley Rose and Kaleb Royal; his great grandchildren, Larissa Compton, Laken Compton, Lindsey Compton, Emilee Jenkins, Claira Jenkins, Conner Jenkins and Kimber Rose; his sister Sue Cline (Wayne) of Greensboro, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Rose of Princeton and Anna Rose of Archdale, NC..
