He is survived by: his wife Geneva Faye Billings (Milam); his fiancés, Denice Blankenship of Rock, James Andrew Milam (Sandy) of Waskom Texas, Teddy Byron Billings Jr. (Brenda) of Oklahoma City, OK, Ella Fae Billings Meadows (Joseph), Ruth Launa Adams (Mike) of Pipestem, WV and Andrea Faye Billings Butler of Kegley, WV; his siblings, Annie Ashley of Amigo and Carl Billings (Brenda) of Shady Spring, WV; his grandchildren, Levi, Mika Butler, Tiffani, Bethani, Emeli Cline, Hailey Alexandira Hurst, Jackson Hurst, Toni Meadows Phillips, Erica Meadows Powell, Ryan, Bryce Meadows, Teddy Bryon Billings III, Kayla Ketch, Stephanie Ralls, James Alfred Milam, Matthew Billings, Joyce Billings, Kimberly Dawn Aeadah and Tamera Fae Lester; and his close friend Dr. Vishnu Patel of Princeton, WV. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
